What it does
What the garage tool does
A defect or a due date becomes a job. The job goes to your workshop or to an outside garage, who get a private link or a WhatsApp message with the job sheet; they answer, quote and update without a login. When it is done the van comes back on the road and the cost is on the van.

What does the garage tool cost?
A flat monthly price, shown on this page and on the pricing page from the live plans. Switch it on when you need it; it is charged pro rata by the day.
Do outside garages need an account?
No. They get a private link (and a WhatsApp message if you have that tool) to the job, where they quote, update and mark it done. You can give them a login later if you want.
Does it work with my own mechanics?
Yes. The workshop board gives each mechanic their jobs, the job sheet and the time; self-employed mechanics can be paid through supplier bills.
Is the cost recorded on the van?
Yes. Parts, labour and garage invoices sit on the job and on the van, and flow to expenses and the accounts.
