Your plan starts and you get one monthly statement for the platform, pro rata by the day. You can switch tools on and off at any time.

No. After the trial the plan runs month to month; either side can end it on 30 days’ notice. There is no exit fee.

Yes: twelve months for the price of ten. Ask when you apply or at any time after.

No VAT is added at the moment. If GoVantage registers for VAT, VAT will be added and we will tell you before it starts.

Yes. Each workspace has a database of its own, separate from every other business on GoVantage. You are the controller of your customers’ data; GoVantage is the processor.

Yes. Vans, customers, rentals, invoices, documents and photos export from the console whenever you like, and the workspace stays readable for 30 days after you leave.

In the United Kingdom, backed up every night with encrypted off-site copies and regular restore drills.

Your staff, by role. GoVantage staff do not use your customers’ data; access for support happens only with your say-so and is logged.

Your site, portal, invoices and agreements carry your name. A small “Powered by GoVantage” line shows unless you switch on Own branding.

Yes, with the Own branding tool: your site and portal on your domain, with the certificate handled, and email from your domain.

The tool has a flat monthly price from GoVantage; Meta bills you directly per conversation on your own WhatsApp Business account. Nothing is sent without consent.

No. You connect your own GoCardless and Stripe accounts; money goes straight to you and GoVantage takes no share.

Yes, on 30 days’ notice after the trial, from the console or by email. Export your data first; it stays readable for 30 days.

Yes. We ship drafts to review with your solicitor; your templates are yours to edit.
