Five steps to the keys

You can see exactly where you are at every step, and what is left to do, in your dashboard.

  1. 1

    Register

Two minutes: your name, email, mobile and a password. Tell us the van you have in mind.

  2. 2

    Apply online

Licence, ID, proof of address and right to work, from your phone. About ten minutes, saved as you go.

  3. 3

    Get approved

We run the DVLA licence, identity and right-to-work checks and usually decide within one working day.

  4. 4

    Book & sign

Choose your collection slot, pay the deposit and first week, and sign the agreement online.

  5. 5

    Collect & drive

A photo-backed digital check-out at the depot, then you are on the road. Weekly checks and invoices run from your dashboard.

Life on hire

What a normal hire looks like

Once you have the keys the rhythm is simple, and all of it runs from your dashboard.

  1. Day one

    Collect and check out

We photograph every panel, tyre and the mileage with you, and you sign on screen. Those photos protect you at the end.

  2. Every week

    One invoice, one reference

A weekly invoice with the same account reference every time, paid by Direct Debit, standing order, card or transfer.

  3. Your check day

    Two-minute weekly check

Tyres, lights, fluids and a few photos in the app. It keeps you legal and earns reward points.

  4. Any time

    Swap or change size

Van off the road, or the work changed? Ask from the dashboard and we arrange a like-for-like swap or a different class.

  5. 7 days’ notice

    Hand it back

The check-in is compared with the check-out photos. Your deposit comes back within ten working days, with anything kept itemised.

Have these ready

What you will need to apply

  • Driving licence

A full UK or EU photocard licence, plus a check code from gov.uk/view-driving-licence so we can see your points.

  • Photo ID and a selfie

Your passport or national ID, and a selfie holding it. It takes a minute on a phone.

  • Proof of address

A bank statement, utility bill or council tax letter from the last three months.

  • Right to work in the UK

A share code from gov.uk/prove-right-to-work, or your passport if you are a British or Irish citizen.

  • Insurance on the Standard plan

A hire-and-reward policy naming the van, or choose Premium and it is included.

  • For businesses

Your company number. Each of your drivers then gets their own invitation and does their own checks.

Fair by design

Digital check-out protects you

Before you drive away we photograph every panel, the interior, tyres and mileage, and you countersign on screen. At check-in the same walk-around is compared against that baseline, so any deduction is evidence-based and itemised.

Photos at collection and return

Timestamped and kept in your dashboard, so you can see exactly what we saw.

Marked on the van, not on paper

Any existing marks are pinned to a diagram of the van before you leave the depot.

Deposit back in ten working days

Anything we keep is itemised, with the photos that show why.

Booking questions

What do I need to rent a van?

Four things, all uploadable from your phone in a few minutes:

  • A full UK or EU driving licence held for at least a year
  • Photo ID
  • Proof of address from the last three months
  • A DVLA licence check code (two minutes at gov.uk)

Business customers add their company details and the drivers who will use the van.

How quickly can I get a van?

Most customers collect within 48 hours of their documents being approved. If a van in your class is available at your nearest depot you can often book a same-week slot.

Your dashboard shows a live readiness checklist, so you always know exactly what is left to do.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Plans are weekly and roll on until you give seven days’ notice. Some plans have a short minimum term, shown on the plan card before you choose it — there are no long lock-ins.

Which areas do you cover?

We operate from depots in Stoke-on-Trent, Birmingham, Manchester and East London, each serving roughly a 25-mile radius.

Use the postcode checker to see if we cover you — or register interest and we will tell you the moment we open nearby.

Can I use the van for Amazon Flex, Evri, DPD or Yodel?

Yes — most of our customers deliver for the big parcel networks.

Tell us your intended use when you book, so we set the right insurance route and a mileage allowance that matches the work.
