You can exercise these rights through the Data & Privacy section of your dashboard, or by contacting our DPO. Account deletion requests are processed automatically: your account is deactivated immediately, personal data is anonymised, and you are logged out of all devices.
Your data is primarily stored and processed within the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA (e.g., to cloud infrastructure providers), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the ICO.
The Service is not intended for individuals under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and/or in-app notification. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
