How old are the vans?
Our fleet is predominantly 2020 or newer, fully serviced, with a current MOT and a documented weekly safety-check regime.
Premium plans get priority on the newest vehicles.
What is included in servicing?
On Standard and Premium plans:
- Scheduled servicing and MOT
- Tyres and brake pads
- Wear-and-tear repairs
Breakdown cover is included on every plan that lists it; Premium adds windscreen and battery cover.
Is there a mileage limit?
Plans include a generous weekly allowance designed for full-time delivery work. Anything over is charged per mile at the rate shown on your plan.
Unlimited-mileage options are available for business fleets.
Can I get a swap if my van has a problem?
Yes. If a fault takes your van off the road we arrange a like-for-like swap so you keep working — coordinated from your dashboard and the app.
