From £25 a month, plus a small price per van

Every vehicle on your fleet in GoVantage on the day the monthly statement is raised, whatever it is doing (on hire, available, in the garage or off the road), except vehicles you have marked as sold. Drivers, customers and staff logins for drivers are not vans and cost nothing. There is no van limit.

Like tax bands: each van is charged at the price of the band it falls in. Your first vans cost the first band’s price, and every van above each threshold costs less, so the average price per van falls as your fleet grows. Adding vans never makes the earlier ones dearer.

Vans are counted once a month, on the day we raise the statement for the month just ended. A van added during the month is charged for that month; a van sold before the statement is not. Your first month is charged pro rata from the day charges start.

Each tool is a switch in your console with a flat monthly price. Switch one on and it is yours straight away; switch it off and it stops. A tool switched on or off during a month is charged pro rata by the day on the next statement. When the tools you have on would cost more than All tools, we charge All tools instead, automatically.

Trackers & live map is £10 a month plus 30p for each van that has an active tracker on the day the statement is raised. Vans without a tracker cost nothing extra. You keep your own tracker provider and contract.

25 GB plus 3 GB for every van on your fleet, pooled across your workspace, for the photos, documents and files you upload. Only your uploads count: the copies we make for screens and backups do not. A typical weekly-hire fleet uploads well under 1 GB a van a year, so most fleets never pay for storage. Beyond the allowance it is £5 a month for each started 100 GB.

Three, plus one more for every ten vans on your fleet: a 50-van fleet has eight. Each seat beyond that is £5 a month. Drivers and customers are not seats and are always free.

Yes. Pay for a year at once and you pay for ten months instead of twelve: two months free. Ask for it when you apply or at any time after, and we arrange the yearly invoice with you.

No VAT is added at the moment. If GoVantage registers for VAT, VAT will be added to these prices, and we will tell you before it starts.

Yes. After the trial your plan runs month to month and either side can end it on 30 days’ notice. There is no minimum term and no exit fee.

Yes. Your workspace has a database of its own and you can export your records whenever you like. When you leave, it stays readable for 30 days so you can export everything.

No. There is no percentage fee on hires, sales or payments. You connect your own GoCardless, Stripe and WhatsApp accounts, so your customers’ money goes straight to you.
