What bookings and hires do
Customers apply from your site or an invitation, the checks engine reads the licence and documents, and a person approves. Bookings turn into rentals with a check-out, run week by week (Sunday to Saturday) or by the day, and end with a check-in and the deposit.

Is this included in the Core plan?
Yes. Bookings and hires, customers and onboarding, the customer portal and the driver app are all in Core.
How does weekly billing work?
Weeks run Sunday to Saturday and are invoiced at the end of the week for the days had, with part weeks and days off priced by the day. You can take weeks in advance before collection too.
Can customers book by themselves?
Yes, from your website and the portal once their application is approved. Known customers can be given quick hire without a new application.
What about agreements?
You write the templates (we ship drafts to review with your solicitor); each hire gets an agreement signed online, countersigned, and kept as a PDF with its audit trail.
