About the tools
Can I switch a tool on and off?
Yes, from your console, at any time. A tool switched on or off during a month is charged pro rata by the day on the next statement.
What if I want most of them?
All tools is one price for every tool and applies by itself whenever it is cheaper than the tools you have on. The pricing page shows the figure.
Is there a tool I cannot switch off?
The Core tools are part of every workspace: fleet and papers, bookings and hires, checks and inspections, billing, the customer portal and the driver app.
Do tools cost more for bigger fleets?
No. A tool has one flat monthly price whatever the fleet size, except trackers, which add a small amount per tracked van. The per-van price of the Core plan falls as the fleet grows.
