How weekly billing works

Sunday-to-Saturday weeks, an invoice every Sunday due by Saturday, and Direct Debit doing the remembering for you.

The week itself

Hire weeks run Sunday to Saturday — the same weeks Amazon and the big parcel networks use, so your van costs line up with your settlement statements instead of cutting across them.

When the invoice comes and when it is due

Each week’s invoice is issued on the Sunday and is due by the Saturday of that week. Every invoice, every payment and your deposit sit together in your dashboard, so there is never a mystery about where you stand.

Ways to pay

  • Direct Debit — set it up once and each invoice collects automatically. This is what most customers use; nothing to remember, nothing to be late on.
  • Card — pay any open invoice from the dashboard in a few taps.
  • Bank transfer — use the payment reference shown on the invoice so it matches automatically.

Part weeks and days off the road

Start mid-week and the first invoice is priced by the day. The same per-day logic applies to agreed early collections or late returns, so you are billed for the days you actually had the van, not a rounded-up week.

Business accounts

A business running several vans receives one consolidated weekly invoice — one line per van, one payment, one piece of paper for the bookkeeper.

Reading your invoice

Each invoice shows the hire week it covers, the plan, the van, any extras (delivery, excess mileage at the plan’s rate) and the VAT. If a line ever looks wrong, query it from the invoice page before the due date — a disputed line is held while we check it, and honest mistakes are fixed, not argued about.
