The idea

The scheme pays for the behaviour that makes hiring cheap to run: paying on time, checking the van weekly, returning it clean. No games — just points for doing the job properly, and tiers that unlock real perks.

How you earn

  • Every week on hire earns points — the longer you run, the faster you climb.
  • Every invoice paid on time earns points. Direct Debit makes this automatic.
  • Every weekly check completed earns points — two minutes, every week.
  • A clean return earns points at check-in.
  • A referral is the big one: a friend you refer who starts renting is worth roughly what several ordinary weeks earn.

The tiers

Points carry you from Bronze through Silver and Gold to Platinum. Each tier keeps everything from the tier below and adds its own perks — partner deals on fuel and tyres, accounting software, priority on the newest vans, and free-week rewards at the top. The rewards page in your dashboard shows the live thresholds and exactly how far you are from the next tier.

Spending points

Some perks come with a tier automatically; others are redeemed with points from the Deals page. Redeeming never drops your tier — tiers are about what you have earned, not what you have spent.

The honest print

  • Points post automatically; there is nothing to claim or remember.
  • A missed payment does not confiscate points, but it does not earn them either — the scheme only ever adds.
  • Business accounts earn across their whole fleet, which makes multi-van referrals genuinely valuable.
