Why we ask for it

A van doing delivery work covers more miles in a month than most cars do in a year. A quick weekly look at tyres, lights and fluids catches problems while they are small and cheap, keeps you legal on the road, and keeps the van earning instead of waiting for a garage.

How it works

Open the portal or the app, tap Weekly check and follow the steps — tyres, lights, fluids, damage and mileage, each with a photo. It takes about two minutes, and we remind you when it is due so it never relies on memory.

  1. Tyres — tread and pressure; the correct pressures are on the door pillar.
  2. Lights — walk round once with the lights on; a blown bulb is an MOT failure and a fine waiting to happen.
  3. Fluids — oil and washer fluid; the check shows you where they are on your model.
  4. Damage — photograph anything new, however small. A recorded scuff is a non-event; an unrecorded one becomes a conversation at check-in.
  5. Mileage — one photo of the dash keeps your allowance tracking honest.

What you get back

  • Reward points every week, counting towards your tier and the perks that come with it.
  • A dated condition record that protects your deposit — the photos work for you, not against you.
  • Faults fixed early, before they stop you working. Flag something in a check and we arrange the fix or a swap around your schedule.

If you spot something urgent

A red warning light, a soft brake pedal, a tyre below the wear bar — do not wait for the weekly check. Report it from Checks & damage right away, and if the van is not safe to drive, call the breakdown number on your key tag.
